Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Time Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Time Management configuration and integration with Payroll. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Time Evaluation, Work Schedules, and Schema configuration, along with exposure to global time management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP Time Management module
- Design and maintain Time Evaluation Schemas and Rules
- Configure Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, and Shift Planning
- Manage Absence and Attendance types configuration
- Integrate Time Management with SAP Payroll
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Support implementation and post-go-live activities
- Work with HR and business stakeholders for requirement gathering
- Prepare functional documentation and configuration guides
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Time Management configuration
- Experience in Time Evaluation and Schemas
- Knowledge of Work Schedules and Holiday Calendars setup
- Integration knowledge between Time and Payroll modules
- Experience in production support and issue resolution
- Understanding of statutory time compliance requirements
