Job Description: SAP Testing – Senior Associate (SAP Material Management and SAP Finance)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Testing Senior Associate with expertise in testing SAP applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in creating and executing both manual and automated test scripts tailored to client requirements. This role involves end-to-end responsibilities, including test design, configuration, execution, data creation, proof of concept, user training material development, and support for testing milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts to validate SAP applications and processes.
Configure SAP systems, including SPRO customizations, and set up master data for testing.
Perform SAP functional correctness testing for modules such as Material Management (MM) or Finance (FI).
Conduct SAP conversion, migration, and upgrade project testing.
Validate SAP integration with Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, Fieldglass, GRC, and other third-party applications.
Test SAP GUI and Fiori applications.
Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), data testing, and BI validation.
Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices during the testing lifecycle.
Utilize test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Solution Manager, Zephyr, qTest) for efficient tracking and reporting.
Collaborate within large-scale SAP implementation projects across multiple geographies.
Analyze bugs, perform root cause analysis, and document results to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in SAP Testing and Automation.
- Minimum 5 years Functional expertise in SAP module, preferably SAP Material Management (MM) and SAP Finance (FI).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud or S/4 HANA (On-Premise) implementation projects.
- Proficient in SAP manual and automated testing using tools like Tosca or Worksoft Certify.
- Experience in SAP integration testing and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Good understanding of SAP Standard Business Processes.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience in being part of a large-scale SAP implementation projects distributed across geographical locations.
- Business Domain experience in SAP Procurement and Invoicing
