Role Summary:

Responsible for SAP readiness for Customer MDM(Master Data Management) by managing source analysis, integration development, and E2E testing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze SAP tables, attributes, and perform Customer360 mapping validation (S2T). Provide SAP data extracts, dictionaries, crosswalk definitions, and SME inputs.

Develop & validate API/endpoint readiness, connectivity, and integration setup.

Assess downstream SAP/ETL impacts due to Customer MDM model changes. Support SAP data updates, cleanup activities, and required code changes.

Develop & validate searchbeforecreate/Import capability. Provide SME support across SIT/UAT for business, data, and golden record validation.
