Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP ABAP HR Consultant to join our SAP Technical team. The consultant will work closely with our HR Functional, Basis, and Technical Leads to design, develop, and deliver scalable HR solutions across PA/OM, Time, and Payroll landscapes. This role requires strong technical depth, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fastpaced, enterprise environment under minimal supervision for US-PAYROLL.

Experience in building HR-specific objects including:

• HR Infotype enhancements (PM01)
• Payroll clusters (PCL1/PCL2)
• Time evaluation logic
• HR logical database enhancements (PNP/PNPCE)
• Custom HR tables, macros, and clusters

Good understanding of SAP HR data models and key tables (PA0000, PA0001, PA0002, PA2001, PA2011, etc.)

Experience in enhancement Framework:

• Implement User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Spots, and BTEs as per business needs.
• Extend payroll schemas, rules, and functions (technical support).

Build or enhance ESS/MSS-related backend components.

Knowledge on BSI Tax Locator functionality

Ability to optimize SAP applications for performance improvements

Analyzing business requirements designing and SAP solutions

Transport management and release plan using - charm / solution manager.

Manage design delivery and testing of the entire project production landscape

Strong knowledge of types of CDS views/ABAP on HANA
