Job Title: Engineer - IT ERP (SAP SCM)

Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain and Logistics Executive plays a key role in coordinating and supporting daily supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
This role involves managing logistics, tracking shipments, handling documentation, and maintaining inventory accuracy while collaborating with internal departments and external partners to meet customer demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SCM solutions.
Design, configure, test, and implement SAP SCM modules based on business needs.
Support and improve SAP-based supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and logistics.
Lead or support SAP SCM project implementations, upgrades, or rollouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, logistics, and IT.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of SAP SCM tools.
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of SAP applications.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues related to supply chain workflows.
Prepare documentation including functional specifications, user manuals, and project reports
Knowledge of integration between SAP SCM and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, WM).
Experience with SAP Fiori apps and custom enhancements.
Exposure to Agile project methodologies.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., conveyors, AS/RS) and MFS (Material Flow System).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering or any other relevant degrees.
510 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
Working knowledge of logistics and inventory management in ERP (SAP)
Good understanding of shipping, customs procedures, and logistics documentation.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
