SAP Sucess factor AdministrationExperience required 6 - 9 yearsRoles & Responsibilities:Certified SF consultant with prior experience of managing Provisioning SF Modules and User Administration Experience in User Role Administrationshould have managed authorization for 1Lakh usersGood knowledge of SuccessFactors data models Corporate SuccessionGood knowledge of XML to make changes to different templates in Provisioning Manage platform features that includes Home Page setting HRIS sync to UDF Personalization and UXMonitor system performance server network latency and ensure availability across globe Experience in implementing GDPR country specific policiesSchedule monitor data purging masking as per data privacy configuration in different SF modules Instance refresh cycle planning execution scrambling anonymize data post refreshManage day to day system operationsManage Periodic Release updates Patches and work with leadership to determine enablement plan Support organizational communication change management efforts specific to System Downtime and Platform related updatesMaintain system configuration and documentation according to the best process practices Manage integrations SF to ECC and other 3rd party solutionsProvide effective concise timely and consistent verbal and written communications to peers stakeholders and management VAPT Management on Server in conjunction with GI Infra Team ExcellentProblem solving and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal Team Management skills
