Job Summary

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, efficient, and scalable workforce time management solutions for clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design and implement optimized time processes, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 4+ Years of Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (Time Off and Time Sheet).
• Deep understanding of time valuation , work schedules , holiday calendars , leave management , and time recording processes.
• Experience with end-to-end activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to interpret complex business scenarios and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
