Job Description
- 3+ years of experience with SuccessFactors HXM suite (Core HR / Employee Central, PM/GM and Talent Management, Learning and Development, Compensation, Succession, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Benefits, and Payroll)
- Ability to communicate clearly and proactively with end-customer (SuccessFactors Presales team), and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications
- Collaborate closely with other consultants on the Presales Helpdesk team
- Demonstrate ability to handle and prioritize multiple issues concurrently and adapt to changing demands
- Assess technical and functional issues with efficiency and expertise
- Understand a variety of implementation approaches for the SuccessFactors HXM suite and apply academic and practical skills to unique business requirements for our product demonstrations
