Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Management, etc.)
- Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Customize, optimize, and support SuccessFactors functionalities
- Manage system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting
- Deliver end-user training and create documentation
- Stay current with SuccessFactors updates and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows
- Experience with configurations and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred
