SuccessFactors LMS Mastery
Core LMS Configuration
Expert-level setup of Items, Curricula, Programs, Catalogs, and Assignment Profiles
Content Management
Mastery of SCORM/AICC/xAPI content integration
iContent services and troubleshooting content launch issues
Compliance Certification
Deep knowledge of retraining cycles, electronic signatures, and complex certification tracking for regulated FMCG environments
Commerce Finance
Configuration of chargeback models, training budgets, and integration with SAP Finance for internal cross-charging
Reporting Analytics
Advanced use of the Learning Report Designer (PRD) and Canvas Reporting to provide actionable insights to HR leadership
Connector Framework
Technical and functional management of User, Item, and Learning History connectors to synchronize data with Employee Central or external systems

Fiori-based UI Learner Experience
SF UI Customization
Expertise in the New Learning Experience Fiori-based to optimize the home page, custom tiles, and navigation for a modern look and feel
Mobile Learning
Configuration and troubleshooting of the SuccessFactors Mobile App for offline learning and on-the-go access
Theming Branding
Mastery of the Theme Manager to ensure the LMS UI aligns with global FMCG corporate branding guidelines
User Experience (UX) Optimization
Ability to simplify complex enrollment workflows and improve searchability within the Fiori-based catalogs
Extension Awareness
Understanding of how SAP BTP can be used to build custom Fiori apps that extend LMS functionality
