Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SAP SuccessFactors Integrations
• Lead and guide teams on technical and delivery decisions
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot integration solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Implement best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Integrations (Technical)
• Hands-on experience with integration methodologies, data mapping, and transformations
• Ability to resolve complex integration issues
• Experience with cloud-based integration solutions
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• 15 years of full-time education required
