Role summary:
ARAs Client is seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals across multiple leadership and architecture roles including:
- Deployment Lead
- Delivery Lead
- Business Architect
- Custom Software Engineer
The role focuses on designing and delivering AI-enabled enterprise HR solutions using SAP SuccessFactors platforms including Employee Central, EC Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation. The ideal candidate will combine deep SuccessFactors functional expertise with enterprise transformation and AI-driven innovation, helping organizations modernize HR operations and build intelligent digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead current-state assessments and HR transformation initiatives.
- Design enterprise HR architectures using SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Drive end-to-end deployment and delivery of SuccessFactors programs.
- Architect AI-enabled enterprise solutions integrating Generative AI and automation.
- Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy.
- Facilitate workshops with business and HR stakeholders.
- Lead solution design, configuration, deployment, and adoption.
- Provide architectural guidance across EC, Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, technology, and data domains.
- Mentor teams and ensure delivery excellence across transformation programs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in SAP consulting or enterprise technology
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience working with multiple SuccessFactors modules such as:
- EC Payroll
- Learning
- Recruiting
- Compensation
- Experience leading SAP SuccessFactors deployments or transformation programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR architecture
- Exposure to Generative AI or AI-enabled enterprise solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable HR solutions
