Summary

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Global Benefits, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing global benefits solutions for clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand organizational benefit offerings, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and compliance needs. Leveraging your domain expertise, you will lead solution design, oversee implementation activities, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits (minimum 4 years).
• Expertise in:
• Benefit Config UI
• Legacy and Latest Enrollment Experience
• Insurance plan configuration & coverage setup
• Enrollee & dependent management
• Creation of eligibility rules and coverage rules
• Rate charts & rate rules configuration
• Confirmation statement template setup
• Auto-enrollment configuration
• Benefit Work/Life Events & Intelligent Services Center (ISC)
• Tracker objects and pay components
• Benefits integration with EC Payroll
• Mass data migration for employee enrollments, dependents, and nominees
• Strong understanding of end-to-end benefits processes including enrollment, changes, and termination.
• Experience in client requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Knowledge of integrations with third-party benefit providers or other SAP modules (advantageous).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex business rules and design workable solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for handling global clients.
