Responsibilities

Must Have Skills
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off Certification and project experience
Working knowledge of HR Business processes and Fit to standard knowledge
Requirement Gathering
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document system requirements
System Design
Design and configure the SAP Employee Central module to align with business processes
System Integration
Integrate SAP Employee Central Time off and Time Sheet with other modules and external systems to ensure seamless data flow
Key Responsibilities
Must have 2 end to end implementation support experience in SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in requirement gathering Working onshore offshore model
