Role SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Time Off Consultant
Responsibilities
- Must Have Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off Certification and project experience
- Working knowledge of HR Business processes and Fit to standard knowledge
- Requirement Gathering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document system requirements
- System Design
- Design and configure the SAP Employee Central module to align with business processes
- System Integration
- Integrate SAP Employee Central Time off and Time Sheet with other modules and external systems to ensure seamless data flow
- Key Responsibilities
- Must have 2 end to end implementation support experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in requirement gathering Working onshore offshore model
