Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to implement, configure, and support Employee Central solutions. The role involves managing core HR processes, system configurations, integrations, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Strong knowledge of Core HR processes:
• Employee data management
• Organizational structure
• Job and position management
• Employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, termination)
• Experience in Employee Central configuration:
• Business Rules
• Workflows
• Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
• Data Models (Corporate, Country-Specific, Succession Data Model)
• Experience with Foundation Objects and MDF Objects
• Knowledge of Picklists, Event Reasons, and Workflows
• Experience in Employee Central Time Off or Time Management (basic level preferred)
• Experience in Data Migration:
• Import tools
• Data templates
• Experience in Integration:
• EC with SAP S/4HANA / SAP Payroll / third-party systems
• Basic knowledge of Integration Center or APIs
• Strong experience in system testing, UAT support, and production support

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Employee Central based on business requirements
• Manage employee lifecycle processes (hire, job changes, terminations)
• Configure RBPs, workflows, business rules, and foundation objects
• Perform data uploads and migration activities
• Support integration activities with other SAP/non-SAP systems
• Provide UAT and production support
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions
• Work closely with HR and business stakeholders
• Prepare functional and configuration documentation

Good to Have Skills

• Experience in Employee Central Payroll
• Knowledge of Time Tracking / Time Sheet
• Experience with SAP BTP / CPI integration
• Exposure to SuccessFactors Compensation, Recruiting, or Performance modules
• Experience in EC implementation or rollout projects
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
