SAP SuccessFactors- Employee Central Configuration expert

Looking for an experienced configuration expert on EC of SAP SuccessFactors. And for this vacancy, you are skilled at working and driving change within a demanding international environment, bring strong interpersonal communication skills, and are able to drive issue resolution and results leveraging a detail orientation and simplicity mindset.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Bachelors degree in IT, HR or related field strongly preferred
• Minimum of 10-15 years of total experience in HRIS or IT focused applications
• SuccessFactors expert accredited on SAP SF EC module
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the respective SAP/SF module, experience, knowledge and expertise in business systems analysis and design and project life cycle methodology, incl best practices.
• HR systems development, implementation and project management experience preferably in a global (retail) environment
• Ability to work cross-functionally and cross border in international context and setting
• Ability to communicate effectively with HR process owners, technical teams and users
• Continuous process improvement skillset as well as change management analysis skills
• Ability to document processes, functional specifications and decisions made as well as the ability to troubleshoot and to test expertise
• Tech savvy
• Leading expert in HR Technology, preferably on SAP SF EC, Recruiting and Onboarding modules
• Continuously focusing on the associate experience
• Interested trends on HR Technology
• Team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
