SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Off Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) consultants specializing in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules. The ideal candidate will bring strong techno-functional expertise, experience in client-facing consulting environments, and readiness to work on full lifecycle implementations for Singapore-based clients.

Location

• Location: Hyderabad Work from Office / Hybrid model
• Work Hours: Must align with Singapore time zone (6:00 AM to 3:30 PM IST)
• Preference: Candidates based out of Hyderabad will be preferred

Requirements

• Sound techno-functional experience liaising with client HR teams
• Must be certified in at least one of the mentioned SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design
• Presales experience will be an added advantage
• Readiness to learn and deliver additional modules as required
• Flexible and willing to work across the Agile delivery landscape, including Application Development, Support, and Deployment
• Expertise in a specific technology environment, responsible for software-specific design, realization, testing, deployment, and release management
• Possesses strong functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training

Key Responsibilities

• As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, IT development teams, and business users at a consulting level
• Involved in the complete lifecycle including data gathering, user requirement analysis, project design, implementation, post-implementation support, and roll-out
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex business problems within your area of responsibility through in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Lead and support SAP integration projects involving HCM requirements and standard integrations with the SAP SF system
• Work on implementation projects for Singapore-based clients in the SuccessFactors domain
• Demonstrate strong functional and/or technical expertise across HCM and SuccessFactors modules within a consulting environment, spanning multiple industries
