Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with expertise in Time Tracking, Time Off configuration, and EC Benefits . The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting EC modules, ensuring seamless integration with HR processes, payroll, and other SuccessFactors modules.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Central (Core HR)
- Configure and support Employee Central foundational objects such as job structures, position management, business rules, workflows, and event/event reason configurations.
- Manage data models (CSF, Succession Data Model, MDF objects).
- Ensure accurate HR master data maintenance and resolve EC-related issues.
Time Tracking (EC Time Sheet)
- Configure Time Recording Profiles , Time Types , Time Valuation , Time Events , and Time Collectors .
- Implement overtime, allowances, night shifts, and break rules.
- Design and optimize workflows for timesheet submission and approvals.
- Integrate Time Tracking with Payroll , Time Off , and external time clocks.
- Troubleshoot time valuation errors and support end users.
Time Off (Leave Management)
- Configure Time Types , Time Accounts , Accrual & Entitlement rules , and Period-End Processing .
- Set up Work Schedules , Holiday Calendars , and Absence Workflows .
- Configure carry-forward rules, encashment logic, forfeiture, and country-specific Time Off requirements.
- Support leave administration and provide user training.
EC Benefits Administration
- Configure Benefit Types , Eligibility Rules , Enrollment Periods , and Benefit Providers .
- Support open enrollment, life event changes, and annual renewals.
- Manage benefit claims, reimbursement rules, and payroll integration.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for pre-tax/post-tax deductions.
