SAP Successfactors Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 58 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, system configuration, integrations, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as:
• Employee Central (EC)
• Performance & Goals (PMGM)
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Compensation
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, and blueprint discussions.
• Configure SuccessFactors modules as per business requirements.
• Handle integration with SAP HCM / SAP S/4HANA / third-party systems.
• Perform data migration using templates and tools.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents.
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing (UAT).
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• 58 years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SuccessFactors.
• Minimum 12 end-to-end implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central (mandatory preferred).
• Experience in RBP (Role-Based Permissions).
• Knowledge of Integration Center, OData APIs, and CPI (preferred).
• Good understanding of HR business processes.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification (EC / PMGM / Recruiting).
• Experience in global implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM integration.
