Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 58 years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, system configuration, integrations, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors modules such as:
- Employee Central (EC)
- Performance & Goals (PMGM)
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Compensation
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, and blueprint discussions.
- Configure SuccessFactors modules as per business requirements.
- Handle integration with SAP HCM / SAP S/4HANA / third-party systems.
- Perform data migration using templates and tools.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents.
- Prepare functional specifications and support testing (UAT).
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 58 years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SuccessFactors.
- Minimum 12 end-to-end implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central (mandatory preferred).
- Experience in RBP (Role-Based Permissions).
- Knowledge of Integration Center, OData APIs, and CPI (preferred).
- Good understanding of HR business processes.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (EC / PMGM / Recruiting).
- Experience in global implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM integration.
