SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (6+ Years)

Role Summary

Lead implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules to enable end-to-end HR digital transformation integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules (EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, LMS, Compensation).
• Lead requirements workshops and solution design.
• Integrate SuccessFactors with S/4HANA using CPI / Integration Suite.
• Support data migration, testing, and cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

• 6+ years in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and HR business processes.
• Experience with integrations, role-based permissions, and workflows.
• Knowledge of payroll integration (SAP or third-party).
• SuccessFactors certification preferred.
