Location : Pan India (Hybrid)

Description Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements

Must Have Skills

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Certification and project experience

Working knowledge of Compensation templates

Key Responsibilities

SuccessFactors Team lead

Must have 2 end to end implementation support experience in SAP SuccessFactors

Experience in requirement gathering Working onshore offshore model

Technical Experience

Minimum of 5 years on SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay

Excellent communication and presentation skills and capable of leading a team worked on SuccessFactors or similar HCM technology implementation projects performing a variety of roles through the full project lifecycle

Candidate must have at least two or more SF CompensationVariable PayReward and Recognition End to end implementation or Support Project experience

Must have worked on Compensation template creation and copy setting up route maps guidelines budgets

Reporting experience in Compensation and variable pay

Integration with other modules
