SAP SuccessFactors Analyst - (Successfactor reporting, Successfactor Story Dashboard Experience and SAP Data Analytics)

Hiring: HRIS Data Analyst | Chennai

Our client, a leading global natural resources company, is looking to hire an HRIS Data Analyst to support HR analytics, reporting, and HR systems initiatives for their global HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver HR data analysis, reports, and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making

Act as a subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors data model and reporting

Work with HR analytics tools including SuccessFactors Reporting, People Intelligence, and related SAP data tools

Provide support for HR analytics processes and reporting requirements

Collaborate with global HR stakeholders and cross-functional business teams

Manage reporting authorizations and support HR systems interfaces

Maintain HR solutions documentation and support continuous improvements to HR systems and reporting architecture

Requirements:

3+ years of experience working in HRIS, HR Analytics or HR Systems roles, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR reporting tools

Strong experience in HR reporting, dashboards and data analysis

Good understanding of HR data models, HR processes and reporting frameworks

Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or General Management
