Must have skills:

Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
•        Should have experience of at least 3 end to end implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
•        Should have experience on how integration/ replication works between SuccessFactors and SAP HR (ECC)
•        Excellent understanding of the Employee Life Cycle Management process.
•        Able to understand and transform Business requirements into System Configuration and create Solution Design in compliance with the Best Practices.
•        Experience in preparing and executing Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts.
