Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Pan India
Company: Wipro
- 7+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) .
- Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors PMGM module.
- Hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, support, and enhancements of PMGM.
- Strong understanding of goal plans, performance forms, route maps, workflows, rating scales, and templates .
- Experience in data migration, integration, and system testing (UAT, SIT) .
- Good exposure to SuccessFactors reporting (Ad Hoc, Table, Story Reports) .
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Experience working in AMS / Support projects with issue resolution and change requests.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders.
- SuccessFactors PMGM certification is preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Calibration, Continuous Performance Management (CPM) .
- Exposure to Employee Central integration .
