SAP SuccessFactor - Compensation, Time off

Location: PAN India

Must Have**

1. SuccessFactors certification in Compensation module.

2. Designing and implementing of end-to-end compensation cycles workflows and business rules.

3. Linking the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution

4. Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for payroll.

Good To Have

1. Good to have experience in Variable Pay and R&R

2. Knowledge in Variable pay configurations

3. Able to integrate CDP with other modules of SF like RCM, PMGM

4. Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.

5. Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the customer within the agreed SLA

6. Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when needed

7. Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,     performance, availability, and system uptimes

8. Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status updates

9. Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.) and adhere to customer’s quality policy and procedures.

10. Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly Status Meetings
