Job Description

Must-Have

• Valid certification for SuccessFactors Employee Central/ Onboarding 2.0

• Minimum 1 full SuccessFactors EC/ONB 2.0 implementation experience

• Strong knowledge and experience in Data models, MDF Objects, Business rules, workflows, Position Management, Onboarding and Offboarding processes, Email notifications

• Skilled in Role Based permissions, Dynamic groups, workflow groups.

• Experience in creating Detailed and Advanced reports in SuccessFactors

• Should be able to work independently.

• Understand the basic HR concepts of Hire to Retire processes.

• Nice to have Skills:

• Knowledge in People Analytics – Story reports and IAS/IPS

• Experience in working with Third Party integrations

• Experience in working with Global customers.

• Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a strong understanding of Employee Central and Onboarding modules
