Must-Have
Valid certification for SuccessFactors Employee Central/ Onboarding 2.0
Minimum 1 full SuccessFactors EC/ONB 2.0 implementation experience
Strong knowledge and experience in Data models, MDF Objects, Business rules, workflows, Position Management, Onboarding and Offboarding processes, Email notifications
Skilled in Role Based permissions, Dynamic groups, workflow groups.
Experience in creating Detailed and Advanced reports in SuccessFactors
Should be able to work independently.
Understand the basic HR concepts of Hire to Retire processes.
Nice to have Skills:
Knowledge in People Analytics – Story reports and IAS/IPS
Experience in working with Third Party integrations
Experience in working with Global customers.
Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills.
Good-to-Have
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors with a strong understanding of Employee Central and Onboarding modules
