Job Description
- SucessFactors certification in Compensation module & Variable Pay
- 5+ End to End Implementations for SuccessFactors Compensation & Varibale Pay
- Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles
- workflows and business rules.
- Analyse and map the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution
- Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for
- payroll.
- Knowledge of People Analytics, Story reports
- Understand and evaluate business requirements
- Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities.
- Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the
- customer within the agreed SLA
- . Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when
- needed
- . Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,
- performance, availability, and system uptimes
- . Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status
- updates
- Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)
- and adhere to customer’s quality policy and procedures.
- Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly
- Status Meetings
- Provide service improvement suggestions
