Location: Kolkata

Exp: 7-11 yrs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Should have basic knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central.
• Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.
• Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml.
• System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/Business Blueprint.
• Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design.
• Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Management
• experience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systems
• Strong Learning ability- Agility and wiliness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment.
• Must have SuccessFactors certification in EC module
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Work directly with business users to understand the problem or opportunity
2. Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment
3. Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions to satisfy business needs.
4. Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central module
5. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
6. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
