Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Senior Manager with strong expertise in Employee Central to support a client engagement in South Florida. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of HCM, proven leadership experience, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with a strong focus on Employee Central
- Act as a Senior Managerlevel advisor, providing strategic guidance on HCM processes and system design
- Work directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and design discussions with senior business leaders
- Oversee configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to onshore/offshore functional teams
- Ensure alignment of SuccessFactors solutions with business goals and best practices
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- Travel and work onsite in South Florida as required by the project
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience working at a Senior Manager / Lead Consultant level
- Strong experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to gather business requirements directly from clients
- Excellent understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Employee Data, Organizational Management, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead complex engagements
- B1 Visa is mandatory
- Willingness to travel and work onsite in South Florida
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Time Off, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance)
- Prior experience working with US-based clients
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central preferred)
- Experience in large-scale or global implementations

- Extension: Possible based on project requirements
