Job Description :

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Off Consultant with 10+ years of experience to work on implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Time Off
• Configure EC core, Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, and Workflows
• Configure Time Off (Time Types, Time Profiles, Work Schedules, Holidays, Accruals)
• Handle leave policies, eligibility, carry forward, and proration
• Support data migration and integrations with Payroll
• Participate in UAT, go-live, and production support
• Work with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements
