Role : SAP Success Factor Career Development (CDP)

Experience :3-9 Years

Location : Pan India

·         Minimum of 4 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Succession Planning and career development planning

·         Minimum 1 End to End implementation experience in SF SPCDP including experience should have basic knowledge of other modules

·         Understanding of business processes related to Core HR

·         Certified in SuccessFactors Succession, Career Development and  Mentoring is a plus

·         The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.

·         Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.

·         Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

·         Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment

·         Ability to travel to client sites

·         Track record of creating enduring client relationships based on trust, successful business development and credible program execution.

·         Good analytical thinking.

·         Ability to engage stakeholders. 

·         Takes ownership of problems and respond in a proactive manner where appropriate.

·         Willing to take on new solutions/applications where applicable and ensure successful integration and support for the business

·         Willing to work based on clients’ business work days and office hours
