Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Employee Central (EC) implementation and architecture experience is mandatory
- Extensive experience in functional & technical documentation :
- Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Functional Design Documents (FDD)
- Configuration & Integration documents
- BRD / HLD / LLD
- Experience in end-to-end implementations , system design, and solution architecture
- Ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable solutions
Good to Have:
- Experience with integrations (SAP CPI, APIs, third-party systems)
- Knowledge of other SF modules (R&A, ONB, PMGM, LMS)
- Exposure to global rollouts and complex org structures
