About Position:

We are seeking SAP Success Factor with hands on experience in SAP CPI, Boomi, SAP Success Factor etc.,

• Location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad
• Experience: 5 to 8 Years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

• Proven track record of successfully supporting a production environment within HR (SuccessFactors, Zellis, Aon)
• Excellent Understanding of the following modules
• Recruitment
• Onboarding
• Employee Central
• Learning Management
• Performance Management (Objectives/goals and Appraisals)
• Understanding of interfaces/integration from SuccessFactors including but not limited to Reporting centre, Integration Centre, Boomi and CPI.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Use of productivity tools such as Confluence and Jira.
• Proven experience of working with mixed teams of permanent staff, contractors, consultants, vendors & cloud/out-sourcing service providers.
