SAP SuccessFactors EC / HCM Consultant Payroll, Time & Benefits

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC), Payroll (ECP), Time Management, and Benefits to support implementation, enhancement, and integration initiatives. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Employee Central (EC Core) including Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions
• Support Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration including wage types, payroll schemas, validations, and reconciliations
• Configure Time Management including work schedules, holiday calendars, absence types, and time valuation
• Configure and manage Benefits Administration, including eligibility rules, enrollments, and vendor integrations
• Design and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems using Integration Center / SAP CPI
• Support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization
• Prepare functional documentation and provide ongoing production support

Required Experience

• 36+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Employee Central
• Payroll (ECP)
• Time Management
• Benefits
• Experience in implementations, upgrades, and support engagements
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and compliance processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC / Payroll / Time)
• Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Center
• Global or multi-country implementation experience
