About the Role
The role involves designing, overseeing, and implementing SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions for Berner, ensuring alignment with the organization's architecture, security, and scalability goals.
Responsibilities
- Design, oversee, and implement SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions for Berner.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Define the architecture, select services, and create technical roadmaps.
- Optimize performance and guide development teams.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in leading technical transformation programs in SAP.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing BTP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage large and diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including scrum.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional SAP modules and technologies.
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
