SAP Solutions Head

Role Summary

This role is primarily a Solution Architect position, focused on defining, visualizing, and driving end-to-end SAP solutions rather than tracking deliverables. The architect will provide strategic and technical leadership across functional, technical, and integration teams, ensuring solution integrity, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Visualize, design, and drive end-to-end solution architecture across all SAP functional modules, including SAP IS-Oil.

Provide architectural leadership to ensure solution alignment with business requirements and enterprise standards.

Drive and guide integrations across multiple teams, including Technology, Data, Reporting, and Functional teams, operating within a multi-vendor environment.

Proactively identify integration, technical, and architectural risks; highlight issues early and define clear mitigation strategies to guide team direction.

Perform high-level code and design reviews to ensure adherence to SAP and enterprise best practices, standards, and architectural principles.

Act as a key technical advisor to stakeholders, ensuring consistent and scalable solution delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Solution Architect role within SAP landscapes.

Strong knowledge of SAP IS-Oil and related functional modules.

Hands-on experience with end-to-end solution design and integration architecture.

Experience working across multi-vendor and cross-functional teams.

Ability to review technical designs and code at a high level.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
