• Lead end to end solution architecture design for SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformations, and migrations across diverse business landscapes.
• Define high level business capabilities, validate requirements, and create comprehensive technical blueprints that align IT strategies with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including SAP process experts, development architects, and project management offices to ensure seamless solution delivery

Core Skills :

SAP S/4HANA Expertise

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing
• Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology for structured implementation approach
• Experience with S/4HANA migration strategies, system conversion, selective data migration and greenfield implementations
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud editions (Public, Private) and deployment options

Architecture & Design

• Enterprise architecture framework expertise with ability to design scalable, integrated solution landscapes
• Solution component definition using SAP Transformation Navigator and architectural modelling tools
• Integration architecture design covering A2A, B2B, and hybrid connectivity patterns
• Cloud and Clean Core strategy implementation with focus on standardization and extensibility
• Database administration knowledge, particularly SAP HANA platform optimization
• Understanding of middleware technologies and integration patterns

Soft Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior management and technical audiences
• Problem solving expertise with ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges
• Negotiation and influencing skills for driving consensus across diverse stakeholder groups

Experience Requirement

Certification Requirements

• SAP Certified Professional Enterprise Architect (P_SAPEA_2023) or equivalent
• SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration certifications SAP BTP Solution Architect certification preferred
• TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture framework certification recommended

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design

• Create comprehensive technical blueprints covering processes, integration, extensibility, and data management strategies
• Validate IT scope and approve/reject requirements based on architectural feasibility and business value

Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct solution architecture workshops and present recommendations to executive leadership
• Gather and validate business requirements while identifying gaps in current system landscape
• Provide architectural advisory services and best practice guidance to implementation teams

Success Metrics

• Successful delivery of S/4HANA implementations within scope, timeline, and budget parameters
• Client satisfaction scores reflecting solution quality and architectural guidance effectiveness
• Team development indicators including knowledge transfer and skill enhancement
• Technical excellence benchmarks including system performance, scalability
