1. Experience in Focused Build configurations , Change request management configurations , Business process monitoring configurations
2. Should possess in depth knowledge of  System monitoring , Interface monitoring , Managed system configurations  , ITSM & DVM

3.      Experience in configuration and setup of Solution documentation , Project & Process management is a must

4.      Experience in Test Suite configuration , Focused run and Focused Insights

1. Retail domain experience
2. SAP Basis & Security Exposure
3. Basic understanding of S4Hana , BW/4Hana , SAC ,BPC , Enable now , SAP PO  , F&R , SCM ,Cloud connectotr , HADR , Solman Functionalities 
4. Very good written and oral communication skills
