SAP SF Project Manager

As a SuccessFactors Project Manager, you will play a key role in guiding clients through their HR transformation journey moving to the Cloud, driving digital innovation, and optimizing HR technology solutions. You will lead implementation/support projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements, effective project execution, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define business requirements, project scope, and user acceptance testing scenarios.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, schedules, dependencies, and milestones using designated project management tools.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and change requests to ensure alignment with approved objectives.
• Provide timely, comprehensive project updates through detailed summaries and executive-level reports.
• Oversee and coordinate all project resources to ensure successful delivery and closure.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, with a minimum of 3 years leading system implementation projects (preferably SuccessFactors or SAP HCM).
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce deadlines and drive results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
