Role: SAP SF PMGM Consultant
Location: PAN India LTIMindree (Hybrid)

SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management CDP Consultant
Role Description Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Must Have Skills
o SAP SuccessFactors Performance Goals Certification and project experience
o SAP SuccessFactors SAP Success Factors Succession and Career Development Planning certification
o Project experience of Succession and Career Development Planning
o Working knowledge of Goal Plan templates
o Performance Form templates and configurations Continuous Performance Management and activation templates of the features
o Calibration and configurations Performance Rating Permissions
o Competencies defining route maps
Key Responsibilities:
o SuccessFactors Team lead
o Must have 2 end to end implementation support experience in SAP SuccessFactors
o Experience in requirement gathering Working onshore offshore model
Technical Experience
o A Minimum of 5 years on SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals
o Experienced and strong independent Performance Management configurator consultant that is able to configure Forms goal plans Calibration route map etc
o Experience in other areas of SuccessFactors
o Reporting experience in PMGM
o Integration of other modules
o Provisioning set up for PMGM module
