Job Description
Diversity Hiring: SAP Service Delivery Manager (914 Years) | Pune/Mumbai/Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced TechnoFunctional Project Lead with strong delivery leadership across SAP / ERP / Oracle / Custom Applications. The ideal candidate has deep Agile experience and a proven track record in application management & transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend delivery for SAP/ERP/Oracle/custom app programs
- Drive project planning, SOW creation, financial tracking & P&L elements
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies & ensure timely mitigation
- Lead multiple Scrum teams; ensure quality & ontime delivery
- Execute automation, tools adoption & process improvement initiatives
- Mentor teams and align crossfunctional stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder communication and governance reviews
- Travel to client/project sites as required
Required Experience
- 914 years total, incl. 3+ years in a TechnoFunctional/Project Lead role
Mandatory Certifications (any)
- ITIL Foundation / ITIL 4
- SAP Activate
- SAFe Agile / Agile Practitioner
- Lean Six Sigma (GB/BB)
Good to Have
- MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
- JIRA, ServiceNow
