Job Description:

Responsibilities Include

Resolve tickets and provide support as per the agreed SLAs.
Manage IT/ access requirements to meet specific needs.
Review and manage service request backlog as needed to ensure all requests are correctly prioritized, scheduled and resolved efficiently.
Engage on any critical customer escalations and ensure customer resolution as well as postmortem analysis to avoid future breakdowns
Host regular reviews with business personnel on status and performance and incorporate their feedback into service delivery
Work with enterprise support groups and cross functional teams to resolve problems or issues
Coordinates through and complies with the change management process whenever required.
Resolves incidents and fulfills requests as needed.
Support hiring process whenever required by assessing the technical competency.
Conduct technical training to fellow Associates / New joiners.
Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned

Must-Have

Strong consulting experience in SAP Security
Supporting project implementation for SAP Applications, GRC & IDM
Work independently on standard SAP authorizations tasks.
Support non-SAP Applications Security (Oracle EBS, Salesforce, etc.)
Generate & analyze SAP Error Reports with SU53, ST01, & STAUTHTRACE.
User Administration using SAP Standard t-codes: CUA, ARM or IDM
Experience in a SOX compliant environment.
SAP S/4 HANA & FIORI Security & Authorization knowledge.
Design & support SAP Security for SAP components - SAP R/3, BI/BW, BOBJ, S4 HANA, FIORI, SAC, GRC, MES/MII, CPI, IBP, GRDC, other SAP Cloud applications and multiple non-SAP Applications like Oracle, Salesforce etc. GRC Access Control 12.x.
Administration on Oracle EBS R12 & SOX compliant environment

Good-to-Have

Self-starter and excellent communication skills in English
Should be able to work with the SAP BW team on technical issues
Should have experience in working with related workflow tools
The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings
Clear understanding of the industry and competitive trends that impact your role
