Job Title: SAP SD & Master Data Consultant

Location: ITPL, Bengaluru (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)

Job Type: Full-Time

Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD & Master Data Consultant to manage and optimize SAP customer and vendor master data within the SAP SD module. This role will focus on master data management across systems, Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes , and data governance . You will be responsible for leading data migration projects, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring data consistency across SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Master Data Management:

• Oversee and maintain SAP customer and vendor master data , ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and analyze master data needs.

Data Migration & Conversion:

• Lead data migration projects involving large volumes of master data and ensure smooth execution.
• Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality and consistent data across systems.

Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process:

• Ensure proper master data integration and alignment with the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within the O2C cycle, ensuring smooth order processing.

Master Data Governance (MDG):

• Support and improve Master Data Governance (MDG) processes and frameworks.
• Ensure data governance policies are followed to maintain consistent, accurate, and compliant master data.

System Integration & Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot IDoc errors and manage data integration and replication between various SAP systems (ECC, CRM, GTS, etc.).
• Monitor and resolve data errors during data extracts and loads .

Documentation & Communication:

• Write functional and technical specifications , develop test scripts , and execute test cycles.
• Maintain strong documentation and communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years in SAP SD implementations , with at least 5 years focused on SAP master data management .
• Strong understanding of SAP SD , master data elements , and configuration .
• Experience with IDocs , data replication , and integration between SAP systems (ECC , CRM , GTS , etc.).
• Knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG) frameworks and tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and master data touchpoints.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaborating with business and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and meet deadlines under pressure.
