Job Overview

Looking for an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with knowledge of SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) to support retail and sales process integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP SD modules (Order-to-Cash processes) including sales orders, pricing, billing, and delivery processes

Work with SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) to manage and analyze customer activity and transaction data

Support retail business processes, including POS integration, sales data processing, and retail transaction management

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations

Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and POS systems

Provide testing, production support, and issue resolution for SAP SD and retail-related solutions

Collaborate with business stakeholders, retail operations teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions

Participate in system enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
