6 - 12 Years in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)

Technical/Functional Skills

Extensive experience in SAP SD module within S/4HANA environments .
Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes , including Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, and Credit Management.
Expertise in configuring Master Data : Customer Master, Material Master, Pricing Conditions, Output Determination, and Partner Functions.
Hands-on configuration of Pricing Procedures , Tax Determination, Account Determination, and Copy Control.
Experience in Intercompany Sales , Third-Party Sales, Consignment, and Returns Processing.
Proficiency in Shipping and Transportation , Route Determination, and Delivery Scheduling.
Knowledge of S/4HANA simplifications , Fiori apps for SD, and embedded analytics.
Experience with IDoc monitoring , EDI integration, and troubleshooting interface issues.
Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for issue analysis and coordination with technical teams

Experience Required

Deep understanding of business processes related to Sales, Distribution, and Logistics.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and preparing functional specifications.
Expertise in integration with MM, FI, PP, and WM modules for seamless process flow.
Involvement in end-to-end implementations , system upgrades, and AMS/support projects.
Proven experience in defect analysis, root cause identification , and process improvement.
Familiarity with ITIL-based support frameworks (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Experience in Integration Testing, UAT, user training , and Go-Live support activities.
Ability to prepare documentation , test scripts, and end-user manuals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze new business requirements and design/implement solutions in the SD module.
Configure Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Lines , and Pricing Procedures.
Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP SD systems in an S/4HANA environment.
Maintain and enhance existing configurations for sales orders, deliveries, and billing documents .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM) for process alignment and integration.
Troubleshoot pricing errors, delivery issues, and billing discrepancies .
Support EDI/IDoc processing, output determination, and partner function setups.
Prepare functional specifications for developments, coordinate with ABAP teams, and validate testing.
Support audit and compliance reviews , ensuring alignment with SOX and other standards
