We are looking for an experienced IT Analyst with strong SAP SD expertise to support business processes within the Order-to-Delivery domain for a global enterprise environment.

Position Details

• Role: IT Analyst SAP ERP SD
• Experience: 7+ years overall
• Relevant Experience: Minimum 5+ years in SAP SD
• Location: Hyderabad
• Work Model: WFO (Minimum 3 days per week)
• Joining Time: Maximum 15 days

Role Overview

The IT Analyst will support and monitor SAP ERP SD processes within the Order-to-Delivery domain, ensuring smooth business operations and timely resolution of system issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor SAP SD-based business processes
• Provide hands-on operational support for day-to-day business issues
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex SAP processes
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure timely issue resolution and service quality
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP SD module
• Knowledge of:
• SAP Customizing
• ABAP debugging
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in global teams and enterprise environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Workflow Management
• Ability to perform retro-engineering
• Experience in development within SAP environments

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Electronics or related field
• Advanced English communication skills
