Role Summary

We are seeking a senior technology leader with an AI-first mindset to design and implement intelligent frameworks that integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into SAP ecosystems, particularly within SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes.

The role requires strong expertise in SAP SD, enterprise application architecture, and GenAI frameworks to conceptualize and implement AI-driven enhancements across business workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements, SAP processes, and advanced AI technologies to build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that enable automation, insight generation, and decision intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure enterprise applications aligned with business process requirements.
• Develop AI-enabled frameworks integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI with SAP platforms.
• Lead end-to-end AI-enabled project delivery including requirement gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, and adoption.
• Architect solutions that combine SAP SD workflows with real-time AI decision intelligence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
• Integrate AI insights into enterprise decision-making workflows.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SD and AI-enabled SAP transformation.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to business problems.
• Ensure proper documentation of application architecture, workflows, and integration patterns.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, SAP ecosystem, and enterprise automation.

Must Have Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience in enterprise application development
• Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks
• Experience integrating AI solutions within enterprise platforms
• Deep understanding of AI lifecycle, machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• LLMs
• Vector databases
• Embeddings
• Prompt engineering
• Experience with Agentic AI systems such as multi-agent architectures, planning, and reasoning.
• Experience integrating SAP SD with other SAP modules and enterprise systems
• Strong knowledge of application development methodologies and architecture patterns
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging enterprise applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP AI capabilities or SAP BTP AI services
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks
• Experience with MLOps or AI deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI solutions
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and enterprise knowledge retrieval
