About the Role

Were looking for a skilled SAP SAC with 4-5 years experience to join our remote team & participatein requirement gathering & lead the development of SAP SAC Dashboards. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact in a high-growth, innovation-driven environment.

• Location: Mumbai\Pune, India serving Indian clients.
• Contract Duration: 4-5 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Collaboration
• Partner with business stakeholders, and functional teams (Finance, Production, Supply Chain) to ensure business alignment and perform detailed requirement analysis.
• Work closely with functional teams (FICO, SD, MM) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• End-to-End Implementation
• Design and develop SAC stories (dashboards), and advanced visualizations using both Canvas and Responsive pages.
• Develop and maintain SAC Planning models, including the configuration of Data Actions, Multi-actions, and Allocations to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Manage private and public versions for collaborative planning, ensuring data integrity during "what-if" analysis.
• Implement advanced features such as Scripting (Analytics Designer/Unified Story), Linked Analysis, Data Actions, and Smart Insights.

• Security & Governance
• Design and implement a robust security framework, including Folder Permissions, Functional Roles, and Data Access Control (DAC).
• Configure Row-Level Security (RLS) via Data Access Control in SAC models or by leveraging Analytic Privileges from underlying SAP HANA/Datasphere systems to ensure users only see data relevant to their authorization level.

• Change Management & Performance Tuning
• Adhere to Change management, Best Practices & technical reviews.
• Optimize dashboard performance and data refresh cycles to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Integration:
• Configure connections between SAC and various data sources, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP Grow and SAP Datasphere.

Technology Stack & Skills

• SAP SAC: Sound understanding of SAP SAC Implementation with advance Scripting knowledge for action to develop SAC models (Analytical & Planning) models, Stories, Analytical Applications.
• Security Configuration: Expertise in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) and managing user provisioning through the SAC Identity Provider (IdP).
• SAP S4 HANA & SAP Cloud (Grow/Rise): Good understanding of SAP CDS Developments for Extraction of Data & Connections to SAP Grow/Rise.
• Data Modeling & SQL:Good working knowledge on understanding data modeling & Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 4-5 years of experience in SAP implementations projects with strong exposure to SAP SAC Developments.
• Experience on SAP CDS Developments & Embedded Analytics.
• Knowledge of Datasphere, OData API, and SAP BDC will be preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment that values speed, ownership, and innovation.
