Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurugram for a SAP S4 Hana Lead Consultant (ABAP,BASIS,SD,MM,FICO,CO,EWM,RAR,TRM,FSCM,HCM,Succes Factor,PS,ARIBA,SRM,VIM,PP/QM, SAC,BTP,FIORI,UI,Work Flow) IS-Utility,IS-Oil,IS-Retail) The role involves analyzing business processes, leading SAP implementation and integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational needs, and driving successful SAP solutions. The consultant will also manage master data, provide expert advice on SAP functionalities, and collaborate with clients and teams to deliver optimized business processes and technical solutions.The candidate must have experience 6-20 years in any of the above module.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Analytical Skills to assess project requirements, evaluate data, and identify optimal SAP solutions
• Strong Consulting abilities and expertise in guiding clients to enhance their SAP systems and meet business objectives
• Knowledge of Business Process optimization and experience tailoring SAP solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Familiarity with Master Data management, ensuring data integrity and consistency within SAP systems
• Experience with Integration processes, enabling seamless communication between SAP modules and external applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication with problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 Hana implementations and upgrades
• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; SAP certifications are a plus
